Summer Linguistic Research

This was summer time in Dali, Yunnan. We did field linguistic work there. Lots of stories and photograpy to share.



"Foreigners Street", this is what local people called it for it is the foreign tourists' favorite, but the goods are pretty higher than other places. Night bars, accessaries shop with varieties of minority's characteristics, clothes shops, restaurants are along the street, which is rather fancinating.



Walk along the Foreigners street, by the end of the street, there's a hotel, and then turn right. Several meters away from there is flowers mechants, and also someone selling the lovely pumkins.
